Shop Policies

Shipping & Processing

  • Orders are processed and shipped within one week of ordering. Shipping times are determined by the carrier and may vary based on location, volume, and time of year.

  • Once an order has shipped, delivery timing is outside of our control.

  • Once an item leaves our facility, it is in the hands of the shipping carrier. We are not responsible for shipping delays, lost packages, or misdelivered items.

  • If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim or request further assistance.

 

Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate and complete shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

Returns & Exchanges

All sales are final.
We do not accept returns or exchanges.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Orders cannot be changed or canceled once they have shipped.

Please review your order carefully before submitting.

Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging so we can review the issue.
